I had an incredible dining experience at Mam Restaurant! The food was exceptional, starting with the spring rolls that were fresh and flavorful. The steamed squid dipped in green sauce was a highlight, perfectly tender and tangy. I also enjoyed the steamed eggplant with minced meat and fish sauce, which was deliciously rich. The stir-fried bamboo shoots with pork added a wonderful crunch, and the grilled mackerel stewed in pineapple juice was a unique and delightful treat. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. Highly recommend Mam Restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine!

One of the best dining experiences in Nha Trang! The food is a bit more expensive than the average in town, but I truly enjoyed their flavorful menu. The service was excellent which made the experience even better. The atmosphere and decoration are truly unique, creating a memorable vibe that adds to the overall dining experience. However, there is a 5% service charge added to the bill. Overall, it’s a great spot for a special meal!

Comfortable space, beautiful decoration, high ceiling with impressive boat paddles. Pure Vietnamese food beautifully presented. I like fried little shrimp with mashed cassava, I ate it endlessly, couldn't stop. A special dish is "mam kho quet", this rustic dish seems easy because anyone can make it, but to get the right sweetness, saltiness and fat like here is not easy. Overall, this is a must-experience place when coming to Nha Trang

I just had lunch at this restaurant and as I also told the staff that welcomes you, I wouldn't change anything from the typical Vietnamese food, to the service, to the environment and the atmosphere, it's perfect 👌 just the way it is. As I wrote in their questionnaire that they give you at the end of lunch: "I wouldn't change anything about your restaurant, everything is excellent. It seems like the book THE SECRET GARDEN, in your restaurant you enter another dimension of peace and tranquility and good food" FOOD AND DRINKS: The food is typical Vietnamese, there are also some vegetarian dishes, I don't know about the drinks because I only had a beer. However, overall the dishes were good in quantity and good. PRICE: For European standards it is not expensive at all with 3 dishes and a beer (500,000 dong = €18) EXTERIOR AMBIENCE: When you arrive near the restaurant, the entrance is nice, but nothing so special compared to other restaurants. What makes the difference is when you enter!! INTERNAL ENVIRONMENT: When you enter this restaurant, you enter another dimension of peace, tranquility and good food. ATMOSPHERE: The relaxing atmosphere and with relaxing music 🎶 in the background, then the decor is perfect 👌 with plants, clean, toilets in and hygienically very well kept, and it's a nice idea the hands on the wall and then there is a very suggestive "fog" . The only risk with this relaxing atmosphere you could fall asleep . SERVICE: The staff are all young, they wear a uniform that makes you think of a SPA, elegant, professional, kind and quick in service. Well done 👏 TO IMPROVE: They don't have to improve anything, it's already perfect as it is.
